King of Carnival - a lightly tinted yellow base loaded with gold micro holographic glitters, fairy dust pigment that shift gold to green and aqua to purple to pink and indigo to blue to green crystal chameleon flakies. 

Opacity - 2 to 3 coats

Hand-mixed, 5-free (no Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin or Camphor), Cruelty Free and made in the USA.
