What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to find a solution.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, and No. We have successfully shipped to Canada, England and the Caribbean, but don’t list shipping locations beyond the US. Please send a detailed message to email@example.com to get a shipping quote, include your address and the items you would like to purchase, the quantities and sizes (ex. mini or full). Please bear in mind that once your order leaves us we are not responsible for customs fees or package confiscation. Otherwise the order is subject to refund and cancellation.
How long will it take my order to ship?
All orders ship between 1-5 business days (Monday- Friday) after order is placed. In the event of a pre-order, shipping will begin once the pre-order period is over. Shipping time will also be extended by 1-2 weeks during sale events.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Do you replace damaged products?
Yes we do. If you receive your order with a broken or damaged item, please take a picture within 24 hours and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
