What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to find a solution.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes, and No. We have successfully shipped to Canada, England and the Caribbean, but don’t list shipping locations beyond the US. Please send a detailed message to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping quote, include your address and the items you would like to purchase. Please bear in mind that once your order leaves us we are not responsible for customs fees or package confiscation. Otherwise the order is subject to refund and cancellation.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer free domestic shipping over $50.00 (after any coupons or discounts) and will split the cost of international shipping. So what this means is that you will pay upfront the shipping charge listed at checkout and once your order is ready for shipment, we will refund half of the shipping charge back to you. Orders with 6 to 7 bottles of polish generally ship First Class, 8 bottles or more will ship Priority.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Most orders will ship between 3-8 business days (Monday- Friday) after the order is placed. This excludes the day the order was placed, weekends and Holidays. In the event of a pre-order, shipping will begin once the pre-order period is over. Shipping time will also be extended by 1-2 weeks during SALE events.
I am also regularly part of Polish Pickup which takes place the first Friday - Monday of each month. These items are not made in advance of the event and can cause a delay of up to a week to 10 days in order processing.
If you are not part of the Facebook group (Pretty Beautiful Pawlish), it is encouraged to join as updates on shipping are exclusively posted in the group.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International order could take up to a month.
Do you replace damaged products?
Yes, we do. If you receive your order with a broken or damaged item, please take a picture within 24 hours and email it to us at email@example.com
