Showers & Flowers - a light turquoise crelly base with shifting shimmer and holographic micro flakies topped off with a custom blend of 6 crystal chameleon & UCC flakies. 

Opacity - 2 to 3 coats

Hand-mixed, 5-free (no Toluene, Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin or Camphor), Cruelty Free and made in the USA.
